Delete your account

For staff accounts in the KioskOS Staff app and the admin panel

In the KioskOS Staff app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Enter your account password.
  4. If the app asks for it, also enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  5. Tap Delete permanently. The account is deleted immediately.

In the admin panel

Go to Securitate (Security) → Șterge contul (Delete account), enter your password and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, then click Șterge definitiv (Delete permanently).

By email

If you no longer have access to the app or the panel, write to us from the account's email address:

support@torcip.com

Once we have confirmed your identity, we delete the account.

If you are the only owner of a property, the deletion is refused until you transfer the owner role to a colleague in the admin panel, so the property is not left without an administrator.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

You can ask us to delete specific data and keep your account, for example diagnostic data or a Google / Apple link. Write to us from the account's address at support@torcip.com and tell us which data. Once we have confirmed your identity, we delete it.

Some of it you can delete yourself in the app: turning off Settings → Send diagnostics deletes the local queue and the device id; in Settings → Sign-in methods you disconnect Google or Apple; in Settings → Trusted devices you remove devices.

What is deleted

  • the account: email, name, password, two-factor authentication and recovery codes;
  • access to properties (roles);
  • active sessions and trusted devices;
  • diagnostic data linked to the account.

What remains

  • Entries in the property's action log (for example a check-in or an issued key card), linked only to an internal identifier of the deleted account, with no email or name. The property needs them for its records.
  • Data the property must keep by law (for example guest registration forms); the property is the controller for it.
  • Anonymous diagnostic data, not linked to the account, deleted automatically after 90 days.

Guests

Guests have no KioskOS account. ID document data is deleted automatically after the period set by the property. For earlier deletion, contact the property or write to us.
